seared scallops & napa cabbage with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 6 raw scallops
  • 220 g napa cabbage
  • (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper

step 1:

Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-size pieces.

step 2:
