scrambled eggs with hijiki

ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/6 ounce dried hijiki
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups water for soaking
