ingredients:

  • 8 g dried hijiki
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • a little salt
  • 240 ml water for soaking
  • 360 ml water for boiling

step 1:

Soak the dried hijiki in the 240 ml of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.
