ingredients:
- 1/4 block of tofu
- 40 g spinach
- 400 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon bonito soup stock powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white or red miso
step 1:
Cut the tofu into 1 cm. cubes.
step 2:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and wash it. Cut the spinach into 5 cm. long pieces.
step 3:
Boil the water. Add the tofu, spinach and bonito soup stock powder.
step 4:
After boiling, put some stock into a ladle. Add the miso. Stir with chopsticks until it is dissolved. Stir into the soup. Remove from heat.

Miso suits tofu and spinach very well. This light dish is delicious and, of course, good for dieting.
