- 1/2 ounce dried hijiki
- 3 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 3 1/2 ounces package shimeji

step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 1 cup water in a bowl for 30 minutes and drain.

step 2:
Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms. Chop the garlic.

step 3:
Put the butter in a pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes. Add the hijiki and the mushrooms.

step 4:
Add the 1 tablespoon water and a little salt. Cover and simmer for about 2 minutes on low heat.
