- 15 g dried hijiki
- 80 g shiitake mushrooms
- 100 g package shimeji
- mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 10 g butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 255 ml water

step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in 240 ml of the water in a bowl for 30 minutes and drain.

step 2:
Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms. Chop the garlic.

step 3:
Put the butter in a pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes. Add the hijiki and the mushrooms.

step 4:
Add the remaining 15 ml of water and a little salt. Cover and simmer for about 2 minutes on low heat.
