Simmered Hijiki with Mushroom
Ingredients

  • 15 g dried hijiki
  • 80 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g package shimeji
  • mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • 255 ml water

Soak the dried hijiki in 240 ml of the water in a bowl for 30 minutes and drain.
