

ingredients:
- 200 g thinly sliced beef
- 25 g ginger
- 280 g rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 400 ml water

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into julienne slices.

step 2:
Wash the rice. Add the water, beef, ginger, soy sauce and sake. Switch on the rice cooker.

step 3:
After cooking, wait 5 minutes before stirring the rice mixture.
