

ingredients:
- 480 g
- cooked thick white noodles
- 1 serving teriyaki beef steak
- 600 ml bonito & sea tangle soup stock or bonito soup stock
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

step 1:
Slice the beef into 2 cm.-wide strips.

step 2:
Pour the bonito & sea tangle (or bonito) soup stock into a pan. Bring to a boil on medium heat and add the soy sauce.

step 3:
Add the cooked thick white noodles (udon) and cover the pan and boil for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.

step 4:
Serve in 2 big bowls and decorate with the beef.
