
ingredients:
- 2 servings vinegared wakame
- & cucumbers
- 20 g cellophane noodles
- 360 ml water for boiling cellophane noodles
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons vinegar

step 1:
Pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the cellophane noodles. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan and drain in a colander.

step 2:
When cool, cut them in half.

step 3:
Mix the Vinegared Wakame & Cucumbers, cellophane noodles, soy sauce and vinegar.
