
ingredients:
- 5 g dried wakame
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

step 1:
Pour 500 ml water into a bowl and soak the wakame for 5 to 20 minutes until desired softness. Drain. If using whole type wakame, cut into 0.5 cm. pieces.

step 2:
Squeeze the water from the wakame with your hands.

step 3:
Thinly slice the cucumbers. Dust the cucumbers with salt. Let them set for about 15 minutes until they become soft.

step 4:
Squeeze the water from the cucumbers with your hands.

step 5:
Mix the vinegar, sugar and soy sauce in a bowl.

step 6:
Add the wakame and cucumbers. Mix.
