chilled tofu with olive oil

ingredients:

  • 1 block tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a little salt or suitable amount soy sauce

step 1:

Wash the tofu block lightly.

step 2:

Cut the tofu block in half lengthwise.

step 3:

Then cut each half across 3 times.

step 4:

Finally, place the knife half way down the side of the block and slice across to form 16 bite-size pieces. Serve the tofu in 4 dishes.

Pour 1/2 tablespoon olive oil over each dish of tofu. Pour soy sauce or sprinkle salt over each serving.
