ingredients:
- 15 ounces rice
- 10 1/2 ounces boneless chicken
- 6 ounces carrots
- 2 3/8 cups bonito & sea tangle soup stock, bonito soup stock or water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel and cut the carrots into julienne slices.
step 3:
Wash the rice. Add the soup stock (or water), chicken, carrots and soy sauce. Switch on the rice cooker.
After cooking, wait 5 minutes before stirring the rice mixture.
