Avocado & Macaroni with Wasabi & Mayonnaise

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 slices ham
  • 3 1/2 ounces macaroni
  • 2 teaspoons wasabi (japanese horseradish)
  • 2 ounces mayonnaise
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 quart water (for boiling macaroni)

Cut the avocado and ham into bite-size pieces.

Pour the 1 liter of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. After boiling, drain the macaroni in a colander.
