seared onion slices with butter & soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 10 1/2 ounces onion(s)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce

step 1:

Peel the onion(s) and cut in half. Cut each half into 1 in. wide slices.

step 2:

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the onions for 8 minutes on medium-low heat.

step 3:

Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.

Butter and soy sauce go well together and make the onions taste good.
