ginger-seasoned rice

ingredients:

  • 2 ounces ginger
  • 10 ounces rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 2/3 cups water

step 1:

Peel and cut the ginger into julienne slices.

step 2:

Wash the rice. Add the water, ginger, sake and soy sauce. Switch on the rice cooker.

step 3:

After cooking, wait 5 minutes before stirring the rice mixture.
