crab seasoned rice

ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 ounces crab meat
  • 9 4/5 ounces rice
  • 1 tablespoon crab juice (if using canned crab)
  • 1 2/5 cups sea tangle soup stock or water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt

step 1:

Wash the rice.

step 2:

Add the soup stock (or water). Add the 1 ounce crab meat, crab juice (if using canned crab), soy sauce and salt. Switch on the rice cooker.

step 3:

Serve the rice mixture. Top it with the remaining 1 1/2 ounces of crab meat.
