spaghetti with hijiki

ingredients:

  • 2/3 ounce dried hijiki
  • 7 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a little salt
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 cups water for soaking hijiki

step 1:

Soak the dried hijiki in the 500 ml of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.
