seared pork & spinach with soy sauce & butter

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces thinly sliced pork
  • 7 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

step 1:

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.

step 3:

Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the pork.

step 4:

After the pork changes color, add the spinach and sear on medium heat.

step 5:

When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.

The butter flavor soaks into the pork and spinach and makes it delicious.
