pan–broiled chicken & cabbage with butter soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces boneless chicken thigh
  • or breast
  • 9 ounces cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2/3 ounce butter

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Cook for about 6 minutes while sometimes stirring.

step 3:

Add the cabbage and cook over a high flame for 1 minute.

step 4:

Add the soy sauce and stir. Cook for 1 minute.
