grilled chicken with white miso sauce

ingredients:

  • boneless chicken thighs

miso sauce:

  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 5/8 cup fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoons white miso
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

step 1:

To make the sauce, put the white wine in a small pan on low heat and simmer down the wine to half. Add the miso, fresh cream and salt, and mix. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

step 2:

Grill the chicken on both sides until done.

step 3:

Put the chicken on a serving plate. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
