beef shabu-shabu salad

ingredients:

  • 5 ounces thinly sliced beef
  • 2 ounces lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce
  • 3 1/3 cups water

step 1:

Pour the water into a pan. Heat the water to 160 °F and add the beef slices one by one. After each slice changes color, remove and drain in a colander.

step 2:

Tear off the lettuce into bite-size pieces and put on two plates. Put the beef on the lettuce and pour the ponzu soy sauce over each plate.

When you cook the beef in hot water of 160 °F, the meat does not shrink too much, retains its good flavor and is delicious.
