seared broccoli with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:

Cut the broccoli into small florets (including stems, if desired).

step 2:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the broccoli with the lid on for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Occasionally stir.
