- 100 g short-neck clams
- 60 g onion
- 50 g carrot
- 60 g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 slices bacon
- 200 ml soy milk
- 24 g white miso
- 50 ml water

Add the short-neck clams and 50 ml of water. Cover and cook on medium heat.
