ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 75 g enoki mushrooms
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
step 1:
Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 3 cm. from the end and cut in half.
step 2:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, and stir in the soy sauce.
step 3:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the enoki mushrooms. Sear and sometimes stir on medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.
step 4:
Add the egg mixture. Stir-fry for a short time.
