

ingredients:
- 17 ounces
- cooked thick white noodles
- (udon)
- 4 shrimp tempura
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 liters water (if preparing hot noodles)

step 1:
This recipe can be eaten cold or hot. To prepare cold noodles, go to Step 3. For hot noodles, pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the noodles.

step 2:
Boil about one minute. After boiling, Remove the noodles and drain them in a colander.

step 3:
Divide the noodles among 2 serving bowls. Decorate each with 2 shrimp tempura. Pour the soy sauce over the noodles. (Add extra soy sauce if you desire a stronger taste.)
