

ingredients:
- 17 ounces cooked thick white
- noodles (udon)
- 8 slices bacon
- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 2/3 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- suitable amount bonito flakes (optional)

step 1:
Cut the bacon slices into 8 equal portions.

step 2:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.

step 3:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Saute the bacon and spinach on medium heat.

step 4:
When the spinach becomes soft, add the cooked thick white noodles (udon). Saute and stir them 3 minutes.

step 5:
Add the salt. Saute and stir for another minute.

Serve in a dish. If you like, sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
