
ingredients:
- 10 shrimps
- 4 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter

step 1:
Hull shell and devein the shrimps. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.

step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the shrimps for 2 minutes.

step 3:
Add the spinach and sear over a medium flame. When the spinach becomes soft, add the soy sauce, salt and pepper.

As you know, iron is contained in spinach. In addition, vitamins C and A and potassium are included. Protein and taurine are contained in the shrimp.
