Red Onion & Hijiki Salad
Ingredients

  • 100 g red onion
  • 6 g dried hijiki
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 g salt
  • 240 ml water for soaking
  • 360 ml water for boiling
