- 400 g Japanese radish
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 700 ml water

step 1:
Peel the Japanese radish and cut into 2 cm. wide slices.

step 2:
Fill a small-size pan with the water and add the Japanese radish slices. Cover the pan and boil over medium flame for 30 minutes. Drain the Japanese radish slices in a colander.

step 3:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the Japanese radish slices and saute over a medium flame for 4 minutes. Saute the opposite side for 3 minutes.

step 4:
Add the soy sauce and the butter. Saute for one minute.
