
ingredients:
- 300 g green peppers
- 100 ml water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons salad oil

step 1:
Cut the green peppers in half and remove the seeds. Cut into about 8 cm. pieces.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a pot and sear the green pepper for 1 minute.

step 3:
Add the water, sugar and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes on medium-low heat.

The combination of sweetened soy sauce and the bitterness of green peppers is very tasty. It's also good eaten cold.
