- 20 g dried hijiki
- 200 g spaghetti
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 liters water
- 500 ml water for soaking hijiki

step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 500 ml of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.

Chop the garlic.

Pour the 2 liters of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti. After boiling, drain the spaghetti in a colander.

step 4:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the garlic for about a couple of minutes.

Add the hijiki and mix for a couple of minutes over a medium flame.

step 6:
Add the spaghetti and mix. Add the soy sauce and salt. Mix and stir for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
