

ingredients:
- 200 g beef
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm. wide pieces.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef, spinach and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the sugar and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
