

ingredients:
- 150 g beef
- 1/2 onion
- 60 g package shimeji
- mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm. wide pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef, onion and shimeji. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the sugar and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.

This dish is very easy. You just saute the ingredients, add sugar and soy sauce, and mix. Adding sugar and soy sauce increases the umami of the ingredients.
