- 3 g dried wakame
- 1 tomato
- 70 g onion
- 240 ml water for soaking dried wakame
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Pour the 240 ml water into a bowl and soak the dried wakame seaweed for about 15 minutes to reconstitute it. Drain the water.

step 2:
Cut the tomato into 1.5 cm cubes. Slice the onion.

step 3:
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl. Add the wakame, tomato and onion and mix. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 3~4 hours.
