
ingredients:
- 5 g dried wakame
- 6 shrimps
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml water (for soaking wakame)
- 480 ml water (for cooking shrimp)
- a little salt

step 1:
Soak the dried wakame seaweed in the 200 ml water for about 15 minutes to reconstitute it. Drain the water.

step 2:
Hull shell and tail. Devein the shrimp. Mix the 480 ml water and a little salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the shrimps and boil for 3 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the heat and let the shrimps cool in a colander.

step 3:
Mix the wakame, shrimps and lemon juice in a bowl.
