- 220 g flatfish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 60 ml water

step 1:
Add the water, soy sauce, sake and sugar to a pan or a frying pan. Bring to a boil.

step 2:
Add the flatfish, black skin side up.

step 3:
Put aluminum foil over the fish. Simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve in a dish. Pour the broth over the flatfish.
