- 200 g fresh green soybeans
- (or frozen green soybeans)
- 2 tablespoons salt

step 1:
Wash the green soybeans and drain them.

Rub the green soybeans with salt in a bowl.

step 3:
Bring plenty of water to a boil, and add the green soybeans. Bring to a boil again, and boil for three to four minutes.
