Chinsuko is one of the traditional sweets of Okinawa which has been made for over 500 years from the Ryukyu Dynasty era. Flour, sugar and lard are the main raw materials. It is crumbly and has a mild texture and just the right sweetness. There are various tastes such as purple yam, salt, brown sugar, etc. It is a popular Okinawa souvenir.
