rolled pork with pickled plums & green perilla leaves

ingredients:

batter:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2/3 ounce bread crumbs

step 1:

Remove seeds of the plum pulp.

step 2:

Chop the plum pulp.

step 3:

Place the perilla leaves over the pork.

step 4:

Place the plum pulp on the perilla leaves in a line.

step 5:

Roll the pork from the side.

step 6:

Lightly dust the pork in the flour.

step 7:

Put the yogurt in a container or bowl and coat the pork with the yogurt.

step 8:

Then coat well with the bread crumbs in a separate pan.

step 9:

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the pork roll for about 3 minutes.

step 10:

After it changes color, sear the opposite side for about 3 minutes.

step 11:

Sear one edge for about 3 minutes.

step 12:

Sear the opposite edge for about 3 minutes.

step 13:

Cut the pork into half.
