japanese curry & rice with turkey & mashed potatoes

ingredients:

  • 14 ounces roasted turkey meat
  • 14 ounces mashed potatoes
  • 14 ounces onions
  • 5 servings solid curry blocks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 5 servings steamed rice

step 1:

Cut the turkey meat into bite-size pieces. Slice the onions thinly. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onions until they turn a brownish color.

step 2:

Add the 2 1/2 cups water and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.

step 3:

Split the solid curry blocks and add. Boil for a couple of minutes. Add the meat and stir until well mixed.

Serve over the steamed rice and mashed potatoes on each plate.
