rolled tofu & cheese with bacon

ingredients:

  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • 2 1/2 ounces cut processed
  • cheese chunks
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

step 1:

Wrap the tofu in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water. Cut the tofu into 8 bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Cut the bacon in half.

step 3:

Put a piece of cheese on each tofu piece. Wrap the bacon around the tofu and cheese pieces.

step 4:

Heat the butter in a frying pan and sear the rolled tofu and cheese pieces about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.

step 5:

Add the soy sauce and sear.
