braised asparagus

ingredients:

  • 90 g asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

step 1:

Cut off the roots of the asparagus 3 cm. from the end and slice diagonally into 5 cm. pieces.

step 2:

Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.

comment:

The taste of the soy sauce suits the asparagus very well and is delicious. It is only 14 kcal per serving.
