seared chicken & potato with butter & soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 100 g boneless chicken thigh
  • 150 g potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

step 2:

Peel the potato, and cut into 0.5 cm. slices. Cut the slices into thin strips.

step 3:

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the chicken and potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

step 4:

Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.

The thinly sliced potatoes give them a nice texture. Soy sauce and butter go well together, so the seasoning of the stir-fried chicken and potatoes is delicious.
