chicken rousong & avocado bowl

ingredients:

step 1:

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then peel. Remove the pit. Cut each half into 1 cm. wide slices.

step 2:

Add the ground chicken, soy sauce and sugar to a pan and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

step 3:

Serve the ground chicken and avocado over the steamed rice.

This dish isn't very common, but the avocado and rice are healthy and the use of ground chicken keeps the calories down. This dish is a bit hearty and delicious.
