seared cod & spinach with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 230 g cod fillets
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:

Cut the cod into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces.

step 2:

Place the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the cod fillets on one side for about 6 minutes on low heat. After they change color, fry the opposite side for about 4 minutes on low heat.

Add the spinach and stir-fry on medium heat.

step 4:

When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt and soy sauce.

When you have stomach trouble, cod and spinach are good for the digestion. Both ingredients become soft, and the soy sauce taste soaks into them. This dish is very delicious.
