“Mayora” use of mayonnaise on chicken nuggets

In a previous explanation about Japanese raw eggs, I pointed out that only eggs for eating raw are sold in Japan. Therefore, Japanese eggs are very fresh. Japanese mayonnaise is made from these eggs. Most recipes call for egg yolks only. Japanese mayonnaise has a creamy and rich flavor and is highly acclaimed worldwide. It is sold in plastic tubes rather than glass bottles in order to prevent oxidation. There are some Japanese called "Mayora" who are addicted to mayonnaise. They put it on a variety of food such as deep–fried chicken nuggets, yakisoba, pizza, Japanese curry & rice, fried eggs, steamed rice, etc. However, I think you have to be careful not to eat too much mayonnaise because of all the calories.
