A Japanese manufacturer invented instant noodle goods (ramen) in the early 1962s. They are very handy because they can be cooked and eaten immediately. Since that time, many other manufacturers have produced noodles, which has led to great competition and higher quality noodles. All big manufacturers have recently released instant noodles which have the same texture as raw noodles. Such competition makes consumers happy. There are a variety of tastes including soy sauce, salt, miso and tonkotsu, which is broth cooked with pig bones. The topping often uses char siu, menma, ni-tamago, negi and so on. What flavor of ramen do you like?
