Rolled omelets nigiri-zushi
Sushi is one of the most representative of Japanese foods. Nigiri-zushi (referred to as nigiri sushi in Eglish) is perhaps the best known among the various types of sushi. Even outside of Japan it is very popular. Nigiri-zushi originated in the early 1800s in Edo city, currently known as Tokyo, where it was popularly served in outside stalls. Many Japanese often eat nigiri-zushi and like toppings of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, sea bream, squid, shrimp, boiled conger eels, rolled omelets, and so on. You know that Japanese are prone to like raw fish as a topping. What nigiri-zushi topping do you like?
