ingredients:
- 5 ounces boneless chicken
- breast or thigh
- 3 1/2 ounces fresh qing-geng-cai
- or spinach
- 2 packages instant noodles
- 4 1/4 cups water
step 1:
Wash the qing-geng-cai (or spinach). Cut off the stems and cut into 2 in. wide pieces.
step 2:
Cut the chicken into bite–sized pieces.
step 3:
Pour the water into a pan and bring to a boil. Add the instant noodles, chicken and qing-geng-cai (or spinach).
step 4:
Follow the cooking instructions on the noodle package.
