ingredients:
- 10 ounces boneless chicken
- breast or thigh
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
sweet & sour sauce:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar or vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
step 1:
To make the sweet and sour sauce, put the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a pan, and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
step 2:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the chicken over a medium flame for about 8 minutes on each side until done.
Place the chicken on a plate. Pour the sauce over the chicken.

The sweet and sour sauce decreases the oiliness of the sauteed chicken and the taste is delicious.
